Old bikes, still running around the world and New York City.

Project Clover Part 2 (pt. 1)

More nonsense in NYC led me to not getting excited about my trip to Ireland, the land of side meats and potato mains. work be damned I took the A train out east to catch my Dublin express. Watched Before Sunrise and wondered if this was one of the tinders that set off my wanderlust. that and dad stories and Tintin and Albey Mangles and my imagination as a kid. Julie Delpy was as hot and intense when I was 11 as she is now. call me

Right arriving in Belgooly, yes it’s a place, I walked the winding roads with my bag over my shoulder cause Martin couldn’t be bothered, fully aware there’s no transport to his compound 3km away. Being reunited was great, I wanted it to be cinematic, friends running towards each other crashing as they embrace, but this was Seamus, my 1994 BMW K75 and she* needed her battery wires connected.

This is it, lunch was had and back at the compound and I lovingly didn’t know what the plan was, just head east, not completely towards Wexford but somewhere between there and here. Dungarvan it was.
